The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

COMMISSIONS AND RATES

Sellers should please note that all items sold on the nawegetam.com platform will attract a fee/commission which could range from anything between 5% to 10% depending on the category of the item sold. We reserve the right to review this price in the future as we deem fit and would notify you by email if any change is to be made.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
